Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

One person or legal entity per account. You may not share credentials, sell access, or resell output on behalf of third parties without a reseller agreement.

ViralShort — Xưởng Video AI is an AI-assisted video production platform. Users submit prompts or upload audio; our pipeline orchestrates third-party models (Google Gemini, Lyria, Veo) and renders final video files. Videos may be uploaded to the user's connected YouTube channel at the user's direction.

We do not guarantee a specific output, runtime, or availability of any third-party model. We may substitute or deprecate models, voices, or features with reasonable notice.

• Pricing is displayed per content type before job submission. All prices are in USD cents internally; VND conversion uses a published rate.
• Credits are debited from your wallet when a job begins. If the job fails for a reason on our side (infrastructure error, third-party API outage, pipeline bug), the charge is automatically refunded to your wallet.
• Credits purchased via SePay / VietQR are non-cash and non-withdrawable. Unused balance does not expire but is tied to the workspace.
• Jobs that complete successfully are non-refundable. Review the preview flow before running large batches.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors retroactively within 7 days.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the uploaded audio you provide. Output videos are licensed to you for commercial and non-commercial use under the following constraints:

• AI-generated portions (scene images, narration audio, background music) may not be subject to traditional copyright. You acknowledge that identical or similar output could be generated for other users.
• You are responsible for ensuring that prompts, uploaded audio, and any derivative use comply with copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and applicable local law.
• Famous figures: the "famous figures" feature generates allusive, non-literal references. Do not use the service to produce deepfakes, fake endorsements, or defamatory content about real people.

You agree NOT to use the service for:

• Hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Content that sexualizes minors in any form. Such accounts are terminated and reported.
• Impersonating real individuals without clear parody or commentary intent.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or right of publicity.
• Disinformation, electoral manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Reverse engineering the API, scraping model outputs for competing services, or automating account creation.
• Consuming API capacity in a way that materially degrades service for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation. Willful or repeated abuse is grounds for permanent ban without refund of remaining credits.

Output quality and availability depend on third-party providers (Google AI, Replicate, Bunny Stream, YouTube). Their terms apply in parallel. We are not liable for third-party outages, content policy changes, or model deprecations.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that output will be free of errors, factual inaccuracies, or copyright risk. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, and we do not warrant that uploaded audio will be transcribed accurately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of (a) the credits you paid in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination, your account is deactivated, queued jobs are canceled and refunded, and stored data is retained for 30 days before deletion (during which you may request export).

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email and in-product banner.
